The Lightest Form of Flogging is a terrible podcast in which a casserole-loving baptist and a stodgy Presbyterian try to understand how they got to be the way they are.

The Lightest Form of Flogging

A podcast in which a stodgy Presbyterian and a casserole loving baptist discuss just how they got to be the way they are.

It’s not a theology podcast. It’s so much worse.

7: Sad Gumball Machine

In this episode, we kick things off by reading Mitch Hedberg quotes and making ourselves (and probably no one else) laugh. From there we dive straight into the metaphorical toilet and discuss depression and anxiety, and the roles those dark guests have had in our lives. As always, we make an effort to discuss how these things have affected our theology, just so we can say our podcast is still about what we said it would be about.
